What matters
Specialist expertise matters more than a perfect CV.
I want to understand what you are genuinely good at, how you solve problems and how you work with clients.
I lead every client engagement personally. When a project needs additional expertise or delivery capacity, I bring in trusted specialists.
Specialists, not seat-fillers
You do not need to do everything. I would rather know the one or two things you are exceptionally good at.
Hands-on matters
I value people who ask good questions, understand the business and are willing to roll up their sleeves.
Challenge with a reason
If there is a better way, say so. Good work matters more than hierarchy or protecting an idea.
Outcome over activity
I care about whether the work helped the client, not how many tasks moved across a board.
How partnerships start
I prefer to learn by working together.
When there is a live need and a good fit, I may start with a paid initial project or short one-month engagement. It gives both sides a chance to see how the working relationship feels before making a longer-term commitment.
The aim is to build trusted working relationships, not collect CVs.
