Careers
Work with us, not just for us.
We're building a network of specialists who care about useful work, strong thinking and getting stuck in.
What matters
Your CV is context. It isn't the whole story.
Experience matters, but a list of job titles cannot tell us how you think, solve problems or work alongside a client when something actually needs fixing.
We want to understand what you are genuinely brilliant at, what problems you can solve, what you have learned from doing the work, and how you could help VJ and our clients.
Specialists, not seat-fillers
You do not need to do everything. We would rather know the one or two things you are exceptionally good at.
Hands-on matters
We like people who ask good questions, understand the business and are willing to roll up their sleeves.
Challenge with a reason
If there is a better way, say so. Good work matters more than hierarchy or protecting an idea.
Outcome over activity
We care about whether the work helped the business, not how many tasks moved across a board.
How we start
We prefer to learn by working together.
When there is a live need and a good fit, we may start with a paid initial project or short one-month engagement. It gives both sides a chance to see how we communicate, think and deliver before making a longer-term commitment.
This is about finding strong working partnerships, not collecting CVs.
Interested?
Forget the perfect application. Tell us something useful.
Send a short message explaining what you are genuinely good at, the type of work you want more of, how you could help VJ and our clients, and one result or piece of work you are proud of.
If useful, include a link to a short introduction video of no more than five minutes, a portfolio or a CV. Nothing polished is required — the aim is simply to understand how you think and work.
